You can only change or cancel your order within 1 hour of you placing the order. After that period of time, any request to cancel will not be accepted as your order is being at the printing process.

Order cancellation will cost a fee of 10% of the total order value, we will refund 90% of the total value to your bank account after discussing and resolving the issue for the customer.

Note: If you change your mind about the item purchased or have any problem with the shipping address, etc. you can contact our support team at support@magicexhalation.com, provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We will as soon as possible confirm your changes, or accept your cancellation.

What should the resolution of my photos be?

The quick answer is that a higher-resolution photo produces a higher-quality printed image. But if your favorite photo is not clear enough, please continue ordering and our design team will use our advanced technology to make a blurry photo clear.

How long will delivery take?

Orders will usually be processed within 2 – 3 business days of ordering and delivered within 5 – 10 business days. Please note that we don’t ship on weekends.

Is it possible to see a preview of my personalisation before checking out?

We offer draft previews for all Magic Exhalation's products. We will send you a preview via email 1-2 days after order. Your approval is required before production.
