Please allow 3-5 business days (Monday through Friday) for processing your order and between 15-30 business days (Monday through Friday) after the purchasing for your order to arrive at your door. If more than 45 business days have passed please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
Also, during busy seasons, such as holidays & sale times, shipment arrival times may increase.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer processes the orders, which takes an additional 3–5 business days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. Our safe and secure shipping for non-promotional items can take between 15-30 business days; it may take longer for deliveries outside of the USA. International delivery usually takes about 21–35 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 12-15 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time.

- All merchants will be informed by the Swedish post that starting from March 1, 2018, the Swedish Customs will impose VAT on all non-EU e-commerce items (including mail) without distinction of value, and VAT will be levied on the recipient. The goods The value of less than 150 euros, Sweden Post will charge service fee of 7.5 euros, more than 150 euros, 12.5 euros service charge, with further information, our company will be the first time update.
Notice: German Customs decided to impose a single customs clearance fee on e-commerce items starting from March 1, 2018 Deutsche Post AG will collect a single customs clearance fee of 6 euros, including VAT, through the recipient (for non-free customs duties or taxes Parcels, that is, parcels worth more than 22 euros) (goods below the 22 Euro threshold are not affected, goods above 22 Euro are subject to a customs clearance fee of 6 euros based on the original taxes)
