Welcome to Magicexalation, first we hope you understand that at Magicexhalation, we always try to assure the best quality of product and your satisfied customer service experience. 

But sometimes, cases happen unexpectedly, so hope that we can resolve them with the best solution for both parties. If you are urgent, please contact us at our  Customer Service Team. But first, you may need to read about the Return or Refund policy below: 


You can only change or cancel your order within 1 hour of you placing the order. After that period of time, any request to cancel will not be accepted as your order is being at the printing process.

Order cancellation will cost a fee of 10% of the total order value, we will refund 90% of the total value to your bank account after discussing and resolving the issue for the customer.

Note: If you change your mind about the item purchased or have any problem with the shipping address, etc. you can contact our support team at, provide your order number and the modification you would like to make. We will as soon as possible confirm your changes, or accept your cancellation.


There is the fact that all the items are personalized and made-to-order, which means we will print your order just only for you. Therefore, we do not accept any exchange or return requests unless the items arrive damaged or have a major issue.

If that happens, we will offer you a refund following the “Refund Policy” below.


As mentioned, your order will be refunded if they arrive damaged or have a major issue like:

  • The item is significantly different from the sample shown to you
  • The item is not what you ordered.
  • The item has technical problems such as spelling mistakes, etc., or is damaged due to our vendor or delivery process.
  • If it is a major problem, we may replace the item or refund 100% for you within a reasonable time. In this event, please contact us at and please include some detailed information in your “Complaint email”:
  • Your order number
  • Some clear image or video of the faulty item (if possible)
  • The image of the Shipping label


If this happens, we are sorry for your experience inconvenience, we are always here to support you as best as we can. Please contact us within 30 days from the delivery day. After this amount of time, we must say sorry that we can’t offer you a replacement or refund.

Note: What if you haven’t received your refund?

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all steps above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at


  • For orders that use DISCOUNT CODES from our store's promotions, these orders DO NOT apply to our return policy. Except for special cases covered by our return policy.
  • We do not accept any returns if you just don’t like or change your mind after receiving your order.
  • A refund will not be available if it is due to any customer’s mistakes on the shipping address or the customer’s unavailability. Therefore, please carefully check again your shipping address before placing an order.
  • We will not be responsible for returning the order to the customer in case the customer provides the wrong address in the first place.
