How much is shipping?

 This depends on the product ordered, the total weight, and where we're shipping to. You will see the exact shipping amount when you go through the checkout process.

 How long does it take for an order to arrive?

Our safe and secure shipping for non-promotional items can take between 2-4 weeks; it may take longer for deliveries outside of the USA. Please allow between 15-45 days for your order to arrive. If more than 45 days have passed please email us at support@magicexhalation.com to review the status of your order.

We ship your items from several different trusted factories from many countries such as: Japan, Korea, China, Taiwan, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Cambodia,.... Therefore, please expect your items to be shipped separately if you order more than one item, some items can take 2-4 weeks to arrive at your door. You’ll receive an email & tracking number when your order has shipped. If you're still not sure, just contact us via email support@magicexhalation.com.  We're happy to help.  What can I do if I do not receive my order?

 If your item has not arrived within the timeframe promised to you, contact our support team at support@magicexhalation.com for a free replacement order. (Please note this policy excludes errors made by customers when providing incorrect shipping details on their order(s) and/or missed parcel deliveries.)

I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We ship from different parts of the world and we also have a large assortment of products which is not in stock sometimes, so when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately and some items might arrive earlier than others. So don't panic if you do not receive all of your items at once…they are on the way. If you'd like to know the status of your other items, please email us at Customer Service Team with your name and order number.

 I'm an international customer. Do you ship internationally? How much is shipping and how long will it take?

Yes, we sure do ship outside of the U.S. Delivery time for international orders can be a bit hard to estimate. Normally, it takes between 15 to 30 days for delivery (but we have seen packages arrive sooner than this). The shipping costs for international orders depends entirely on the country and the weight of the shipment. You will see the exact shipping amount when you go through the checkout process.

 How do I track my package?

 You could reach out to our Customer Service Team to ask questions anytime.  

 Why have I not received any order confirmation details?

 Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order conformation, a fulfillment notice, and a shipping notice. If you believe you may have entered your email wrong please contact us and we would fix it for you.

I entered my address wrong. Can you please change it?

 Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order once you provide us the correct address. Otherwise we do not accept responsibility for wrong addresses. Please enter your address carefully at checkout.



What's the process for returning or exchanging?

 Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy page.

 If I already exchanged an item can I then return it?

 We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you received an exchange from a recent return, all exchanges are final sale. We do not exchange items for wrong sizes, please see our Size Guide carefully.  For example: If you contacted support because an item was defective or damaged, and you exchanged for another one or for something else, once we reship, the items cannot be returned for another exchange or refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 How do I return an item for a refund?

If you want to return your item for a refund you may do so within 10 days. We do not refund shipping cost. Items must be unworn and unwashed. The refund will go back onto the original method of payment.


- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

-The USPS has the best rates in our experience, but you can ship back to us any way you like.

 What should I do if I received the wrong item or my item is defective?

If this happens, we are truly sorry, please email us at Customer Service Team. We will make sure to get the right item(s) out to you as soon as possible!

 Can I modify or cancel my order?

After your order has been placed, you have 24 hours to contact our Customer Service Team and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 24 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.



What type of T-shirts do you print on?

 We print on the finest, softest, comfiest tees... American Apparel and Gildan Supply all of our products.

 How are your shirts printed?

We use a world class infrastructure for screen printing, DTG printing, and sublimation. The style of printing is determined by the product you purchased.  Our primary print style is DTG. Direct to Garment (DTG) is a method where a printer directly applies the ink onto the t-shirt with inkjet technology. It involves a special printer, which prints the ink directly onto the garment in the desired design. DTG uses specialty inks, which are absorbed by the fibers of the garment. This allows high quality and colorful designs.
