If a US domestic order which shipped Express is still in transit after 6 business days from the shipped date or tracking does not update after 6 business days, please submit a ticket and we will review the issue.
If a US domestic order tracking number does not update after 10 business days from shipped date and shipped Economy, please submit a ticket and we will review the issue.
If an international order is still in transit after 20 business days from the shipped date, please submit a ticket and our support team will review the issue.
Dreamship will communicate with merchants about any major delays from our carrier partners due to external factors (Covid-19, weather etc..) in the product catalog page of the Dreamship app. If your products are experiencing a shipping delay you will see “Carrier delays expected” on the catalog page. Carrier delays incur an additional 3-5 business days to normal delivery times.
